I was Ordained by Victory Outreach in 1991. I have BS in Public Administration and a Masters in Strategic Leadership. Currently, I am a candidate in the Doctor of Executive Leadership at Mountain State University. 

After my ordination in 1991; I became the Assistant Pastor of Victory Outreach Hayward in California. My responsibilities included but not limited to the management of a Drug treatment center. In 1996, after 11 years in Hayward, my wife and I came to Colorado Springs  to start a ministry with the goal of reaching at risk families. From the basement of our house, we began a church and a drug and alcohol treatment program. Today we operate a church with the emphasis of strengthening the family, a licensed day care center, and a drug/alcohol treatment program for men and women. As you can tell we believe in helping the entire family.

Debra is essential to the operation of Victory Outreach Ministries in Colorado Springs. Debra recently returned to school to obtain her BS in Management. As the operations manager, she oversees several key programs. Including our newly licensed Day Care Center!!

As the senior Pastor of Victory Outreach and Executive Director of the Christian Recovery Home, I am very active in my community. I am a former member of the Charter Review Commission for the City of Colorado Springs and a former member of the Citizens Advisory Committee  for the Colorado Springs Police Department. I currently sit on the board of Directors as Vice President of STAR Academy Charter School and I am a member of the Detox Coordinating Council.
